I would like to obtain approval to install an electric vehicle charging station at my parking space, namely parking number [insert your parking number]. Here are the details of the installation:

— Power Supply
The charging station would be powered by an energy management system (also known as a charge controller for electric vehicles) so as not to add any load to the building’s electrical infrastructure. This charge controller would be installed in the electrical room, on the wire that connects my electricity meter and my electrical panel. A wire would then run from the charge controller to my parking lot in a metal conduit.

— Electricity Billing
The charge controller would be installed on my electrical infrastructure. The electricity consumed by the EV charger will automatically be billed directly to my electricity account.
