Residential Electric Vehicle Charging

Hello Residents,

Recently our board has begun to see an increase in requests for electric vehicle (EV) charging installations. Given that new residential buildings are increasingly offering this amenity, we need to act in order to preserve our property value.

In order to do this we will need to develop an electric vehicle charging installations that best suits our building. We will need insight into your thoughts on the opportunities and routes available to us. For these reasons, we kindly ask that you fill out this questionnaire.

Please note that the electric vehicle charging installations will:

  • Be powered from the existing electrical infrastructure from each unit
  • Will automatically bill the electricity consumed by the EV charger to the associated electrical meter
  • Allows the connection of an EV charger with real-time reading of energy available
